I will be meeting with my nutritionist and primary care doctor soon to decide what to do about the total cholesterol. But, I am happy to see everything else falling into line. Yay!
Of course, everyone says exercise is a great way to lower your bad cholesterol, so I am happy to report that I have been working out 30 minutes on the elliptical every day for the past week. Hopefully in another six months I will get all my levels ship shape.
