Today I went for my 1 year check up with my surgeon. There wasn't much to say except that I was feeling great! He did say that I don't have to eat if I am not hungry. That's good because I have been forcing myself to have extra protein lately. I was thinking I was not getting enough. He said only eat when you are hungry.
I have been tracking my food on MyFitnessPal, for the past 10 days to make sure I was getting enough nutrients. I have also been doing the elliptical (finally) everyday for 30 minutes for the past 10 days. I hope to continue this and start moving down instead of being at this perpetual plateau.
