Only one of my colleagues is still on the plan. Others fell off for various reasons. As for me, I do miss coffee creamer and my cocktails. But, eating this way does make me feel productive and empowered. I feel better without all that stuff. And I only have another 10 days.
I do find that I get "stuck" a little more often on the Whole 30. Because the food is usually dense, protein meat, I forget to chew slowly. I have gotten stuck on hamburger meat, steak and even last night on the mahi mahi. I really just need to slow down!
