But, since doing the Whole30 in October, I have stayed at about 90% of the plan. I still fit into my size 12s - all through the holidays. I have avoided breads, rice, dairy, legumes and focused on meats and vegetables. I HAVE eaten my fair share of chocolate and alcohol. But, I have not eaten cookies and cakes and pies.
I will likely do the Whole30 at 100% again starting tomorrow. This will get the sugar (chocolate) cravings out of my system. I can tell that I have started to crave the sugar (constant struggle!).
